Any winnings accrued by an underage player shall be forfeited.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and a permanent ban from the Platform.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your Account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
To access the full range of services on pmtoto, you must complete the registration process, which requires you to provide a valid username, password, email address, and phone number. All registration fields must be completed in English or using standard Latin characters.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pmtoto will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access is attributable to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
You agree to notify pmtoto immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other breach of security. Notifications should be directed to our support team at [email protected].
Prior to processing withdrawal requests, pmtoto requires all Players to complete KYC verification. This involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), a proof-of-address document (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a selfie holding the identity document. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours.
Failure to complete KYC verification, or the submission of fraudulent, altered, or invalid documents, will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
The Platform is provided solely for the personal entertainment of registered Players. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Any commercial exploitation of the Platform, including but not limited to the resale of gaming credits or the operation of the Platform as a business on behalf of third parties, is strictly prohibited.

Violation Consequences: Any breach of the above prohibited conduct provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
pmtoto accepts deposits via a range of payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and others), as well as cryptocurrency transfers in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT TRC20, and BNB (BEP20). All deposits are credited to your Wallet in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method. These limits are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your Account. pmtoto reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed following successful KYC verification. pmtoto aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests within 30 minutes of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests at the time of submission. pmtoto does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times but commits to handling all requests within a reasonable timeframe.
All withdrawal requests must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the pmtoto Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. This requirement is a mandatory anti-money laundering control and cannot be waived under any circumstances.
Crypto Deposit Bonus: An automatic 2% bonus applies to all cryptocurrency deposits, up to a maximum of MYR 688 per transaction. Standard bonus terms and wagering requirements apply.
All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and other incentives offered by pmtoto are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published on the applicable promotion page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus-specific terms in addition to these general Terms.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. pmtoto reserves the right to amend wagering requirements with reasonable advance notice.
pmtoto employs automated monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk bet hedging, wagering on excluded game categories to clear a bonus, or coordinated multi-account exploitation of promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances forfeited and may be subject to Account restrictions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active or claimed per deposit transaction. Players may not stack multiple bonuses on a single deposit unless a specific promotion explicitly permits this.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. pmtoto's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the Player to their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pmtoto makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
